I reached out to this owner twice about the ribbon. i needed it for february 13th i ordered on the 6th after reading that she ships on monday and Wednesday. I received a tracking label notification monday but the package was not dropped off until Wednesday. I am just now receiving this package on the 17th. I have an angry customer and now ribbon i no longer need.
