My whole entire order is nothing less than perfect! The customer service is outstanding, the prints are so vibrant and clear! My only tiny flaw is that the hot glue does not stick very well when I am creating bows. I ended up using hot glue and super glue together and fixed the problem

or any other super glue of your liking to make sure the bow stays together
